"I called Sean today because we had our pool recently resurfaced and the vacuum wouldn’t work. He said he’d be over in about 5-6 minutes! And he was! He discovered the problem immediately, just need to replace a part. I then mentioned that for some reason, we kept losing a pretty significant amount of water and having to fill the pool up every other day. He also found a leak in the pool skimmer. He did not charge anything for the diagnosis. He offered choices to fix some discoloration on the new pool resurfaced job if we wanted it taken care of right away. Super thorough. He spent time and his expertise with me and was amazingly straight to the point.
